Dubai (Primarily Office-Based with Occasional Site Visits)

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
(Weekend availability may be required for urgent coordination or follow-ups.)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales / Project Coordinator to support our growing toilet cubicle division. This hybrid role combines sales coordination, project tracking, and site communication—ideal for someone familiar with interiors or construction who enjoys taking ownership of end-to-end project execution.

The right candidate will manage client quotations, oversee project timelines, and coordinate between suppliers, clients, and site teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation of toilet cubicles.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Coordination

  • Prepare and send quotations, ensuring timely follow-up with clients via email and phone.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads, quotations, and project status in CRM or Excel.
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and procurement teams for inquiries and tenders.
  • Coordinate sample submissions, technical clarifications, and approvals.

2. Project Coordination

  • Track project progress from quotation to handover.
  • Schedule and monitor site installation activities in coordination with supervisors and subcontractors.
  • Prepare project documentation such as work schedules, delivery notes, and completion reports.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to resolve delays or site-related issues.

3. Site & Technical Support

  • Visit sites occasionally to inspect installations or verify site readiness.
  • Coordinate with the factory or suppliers regarding material dispatch, cutting lists, and measurements.
  • Ensure drawings and BOQs are aligned with approved specifications before execution.

4. Admin & Reporting

  • Maintain organized project files, client correspondence, and purchase records.
  • Support management with reports on project status, sales pipeline, and follow-up summaries.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks assigned by senior management.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: 1–3 years in sales coordination, project management, or site supervision (construction/interior fit-out preferred).
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
  • Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Basic understanding of technical drawings and construction timelines.
  • Tech: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM or Zoho experience a plus.
  • Mindset: Detail-oriented, hands-on, and eager to grow within a structured but dynamic work environment.

Salary Range: AED 5,000 – 7,000 (based on experience)
