Residential Roofing – NTX/DFW

We’re a growing north Texas-based residential/commercial roofing company looking for motivated, experienced Sales / Project Managers to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in sales, understands roofing operations, and can manage projects from contract to completion.

Position Overview

Sales Rep/ Project Manager will be responsible for generating and closing roofing sales while overseeing residential roofing projects to ensure quality workmanship, timely completion, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close residential roofing sales (retail and/or insurance claims)

• Meet with homeowners for inspections, estimates, and contract presentations

• Work directly with insurance adjusters when applicable

• Manage projects from signed contract through final completion

• Coordinate materials, crews, and schedules

• Ensure jobs meet company quality standards and local codes

• Maintain clear communication with homeowners throughout the process

• Collect payments and close out projects

• Represent the company professionally at all times

Qualifications

• Roofing sales experience preferred (residential)

• Strong understanding of the insurance claims process is a plus

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Self-motivated with strong time-management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Comfortable working in the field and climbing roofs when needed
