Sales Promoter (Omani Fresh Graduates ONLY)

Role Description:

This is an on-site full-time role for a Receptionist / Sales Promoter based in Muscat. The role involves handling receptionist duties, including welcoming clients, managing phone calls, and maintaining an organized front desk. Additional responsibilities include supporting sales promotions, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital point of contact for the organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Adanté Realty to promote current real estate projects and services.
  • Engage visitors proactively, understand their property needs, and present available options clearly and professionally.
  • Convert potential leads to appointments and sales opportunities.
  • Collect and record customer data accurately in the lead tracking system (CRM or forms).
  • Follow up with interested clients, share updated offers, and coordinate with the in-house sales team to close deals.
  • Support marketing events, open houses, and property launches.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to align project details, promotions, and sales targets.
  • Submit daily reports on leads generated, follow-ups made, and sales progress.
  • Maintain professional grooming, positive energy, and adherence to Adanté’s brand and values.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates are preferred
  • Must be Omani
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outgoing, confident, and self-motivated personality
  • Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Approach and engage all visitors confidently and professionally.
  • Achieve the daily/weekly target for lead generation and qualified inquiries.
  • Convert a minimum percentage of leads into sales appointments or bookings.
  • Ensure that all client data is recorded and submitted by the end of the day without errors.
  • Deliver excellent communication and customer handling — zero complaints or missed follow-ups.
  • Arrive on time and complete the full assigned shift schedule.
  • Provide accurate daily and weekly reports to the Sales team.
  • Reflect Adanté’s culture by maintaining professionalism, enthusiasm, and teamwork.
