Sales Quality Assurance (QA) Executive – Night Shift

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Sales QA Executive to monitor, evaluate, and enhance the quality of B2B sales interactions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B sales environments, strong analytical skills, and a clear understanding of sales processes and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate sales calls, emails, and chats to ensure quality and compliance
• Assess sales team performance based on defined QA parameters and KPIs
• Identify gaps in communication, product knowledge, and closing techniques
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching points to improve performance
• Ensure adherence to company policies, scripts, and compliance standards
• Prepare and maintain QA reports, scorecards, and performance insights
• Collaborate with sales managers and trainers to enhance team effectiveness
• Highlight risks related to Mis commitments, compliance, or customer handling

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
