Sales Quality Assurance (QA) Executive – Night Shift

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Sales QA Executive to monitor and improve the quality of sales interactions for the US market (night shift). The role focuses on ensuring compliance, maintaining quality standards, and driving overall sales performance through structured feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate sales calls, chats, and emails
• Ensure adherence to sales scripts, SOPs, and compliance standards
• Identify gaps in communication, product knowledge, and closing techniques
• Provide clear and actionable feedback to sales agents
• Maintain QA scorecards, reports, and performance tracking
• Highlight risks such as miscommitments, policy violations, or misinformation
• Collaborate with sales managers and trainers for performance improvement
• Analyze trends and recommend process improvements

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
