About Us

Shaolin Kung Fu Academy is one of Dubai’s leading martial arts schools, providing authentic Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and wellness programs for children and adults. As our academy expands, we are looking for a motivated Receptionist & Sales Administrator to join our team.

Your Role

As the Receptionist & Sales Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors. You will also serve as the assistant to the COO, helping to drive smooth operations and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle reception duties: welcoming parents, students, and visitors
• Manage phone calls, messages, and inquiries
• Oversee enrollment, payments, and student records
• Support sales by presenting membership options to parents and new students
• Assist in planning and managing community events and activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
• Provide daily support to the COO in operations and administration and ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Previous experience in administration, reception, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English essential; Arabic or Tagalog a plus)
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Sales-minded with confidence in handling parents and explaining programs
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to grow within the company
• Must work fast
