Sales / Reception Female Aesthetic Clinic

We are seeking a confident, customer-focused Female Sales Representative / Receptionist to join our growing team. Female environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, converting consultations into treatments, converting quality leads in a luxury medical setting, building long-term relationships with clients, and helping us grow our patient base through expert sales techniques and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the clinic’s aesthetic and medical services to new and existing clients
• Follow up with leads and inquiries (walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp, website, etc.)
• Handle appointment bookings (walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp, website, etc.)
• Responsible for handling clients and reception
• Convert consultations into sales through excellent product knowledge and customer care
• Maintain a strong understanding of all treatments and procedures offered
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate with the clinic’s medical and administrative team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up using the clinic’s CRM system
• Assist in marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotions when needed
• Greet and welcome all clients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage patient registration, consultation scheduling, and follow-ups
• Preform and/or assist with any tasks assigned to them.

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to take ownership of all patient enquiries, ensuring each lead is nurtured, managed, and converted with excellence across all platforms. With our ever expanding team, this individual must be hard working, a team player and above all be able to relay this to appease patient flow and increase leads and conversions across the business.

• Female candidates only (as per client preferences and clinic requirements)
• Proven 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the aesthetic, beauty, or medical field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written in English and Arabic
• Strong customer service mindset and passion for wellness and aesthetics
• Confident, well-groomed, and professional appearance
• Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven
• Professional, polished demeanor that reflects our luxury brand image
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
