Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Sales Recruiter. The Sales Recruiter will manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and extending offers to hire qualified candidates. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, overseeing end-to-end recruitment strategies, and driving an effective onboarding process. This role involves collaborating with various teams to meet hiring targets and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting at least 1-2 years.
• Must be a fluent English Speaker
• Proficiency in Hiring processes and Account Management
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders effectively
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in real estate recruitment or familiarity with the real estate market is a plus
• A proactive and result-oriented approach to meeting recruitment goals
• Our location is at 5th Settlement, Mivida Compound.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From E£12,000.00 per month
