Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide helpful product assistance.

Learn ANTA products and explain features clearly to customers.

Achieve personal sales targets and support overall store performance.

Handle sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.

Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked according to VM standards.

Support training of new team members and set a good example in service.

Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues when needed.

Assist with stock checks, receiving goods, and inventory tasks.

Work with the team to maintain a safe, friendly, and professional store environment.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of retail sales experience (sportswear/footwear/apparel preferred).

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to meet sales targets and understand basic retail KPIs.

Team player, proactive, and willing to support store needs.

Good English communication; able to learn new products and systems quickly.
