Role Summary:

The Sales Relationship Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for SME clients by explaining available financing products, assessing client needs, collecting required information, and guiding clients throughout the entire process from initial inquiry to final contract signing to ensure a smooth and professional experience.



Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential SME clients and present available financing products
  • Understand client needs and match them with the appropriate financing solution
  • Collect required data and enter it accurately into the system
  • Conduct initial eligibility assessments according to internal criteria
  • Follow up with clients through each stage of the financing journey
  • Guide clients through reviewing and signing agreements once approved
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Deliver high-quality service to build trust and long-term relationships

Qualifications & Skill:

  • Previous experience in finance, sales, or client relationship roles
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneousls
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is considered a plus
