Roles & Responsibilities – Customer Services Manager (Sales)
As a Customer Services Manager (Sales) at one of our real estate clients - Aeternum, the employee shall be responsible for managing onsite customer engagement, guiding walk-in clients, and supporting apartment sales activities in a professional and organized manner. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Client Handling & Sales Support
- Welcoming, guiding, and professionally assisting walk-in and prospective clients at the site office.
- Presenting apartment units, layouts, features, pricing, and payment plans clearly and confidently.
- Understanding client requirements and recommending suitable apartment options accordingly.
- Handling client inquiries, objections, and follow-ups to support sales conversion.
Site Coordination & Sales Operations
- Coordinating with the sales team, management, and site staff to ensure smooth client visits and presentations.
- Scheduling and managing site visits, meetings, and follow-up appointments with prospective buyers.
- Supporting booking, documentation, and closing processes in coordination with sales and accounts teams.
Customer Experience Management
- Ensuring a positive, professional, and transparent customer experience at all times.
- Maintaining professional conduct, presentation, and communication while representing Aeternum.
- Addressing customer concerns and escalating issues to management when required.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintaining records of walk-in clients, inquiries, site visits, and follow-up status.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales and client interaction reports for management review.
- Ensuring all customer data and documentation are accurately recorded and confidentially maintained.
Coordination & Compliance
- Ensuring all sales activities comply with company policies, approved pricing, and applicable regulations.
- Coordinating with marketing teams regarding promotions, campaigns, and onsite branding materials.
- Supporting management in implementing sales strategies and improving onsite sales processes.
Additional Responsibilities
- Monitoring onsite sales performance and providing feedback for improvement.
- Assisting in training and guiding junior sales or customer service staff, if required.
- Performing any other duties assigned by management related to sales, customer service, or site operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
