Sales Relationship Officer

Golden Woods Development is a Dubai-based property developer with 13+ years of experience. We are looking for a motivated Sales Relationship Manager (RM) to join our growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, brokers, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Manage and update CRM with all client interactions and leads.
• Conduct property presentations, arrange site visits, and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide weekly sales activity reports to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (real estate preferred, but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with Dubai real estate market is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
