ACT Group is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with proven experience in the Saudi market, particularly in dealing with TUV-certified skilled blue-collar clients. The ideal candidate will drive sales, maintain client relationships, and expand our presence in the specialized labor sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and secure business opportunities with heavy equipment companies hiring TUV-certified skilled blue-collar workers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the heavy equipment sector.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored workforce solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Saudi market segment.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in Saudi Arabia, specifically dealing with heavy equipment clients.
• Strong experience in staffing or skilled labor segments, ideally with TUV-certified blue-collar workforce.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
