Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial properties, generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell real estate properties on behalf of Rayna Properties
• Generate and follow up on leads through various marketing channels
• Conduct property viewings and site visits with prospective buyers
• Negotiate deals and prepare necessary documentation
• Maintain a strong relationship with existing and potential clients
• Stay up to date with the local real estate market and industry trends
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related sales role (preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
