Sales Representative

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (1–3 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
