Position Title: Sales Representative
Reporting to: sales manager
Department: sales
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves direct engagement with potential and existing customers to promote and sell the company's products or services while maintaining a professional image and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Sales & Business Development:
a. Identify and prospect new sales leads and opportunities through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals).
b. Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
c. Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs as set by the Sales Manager.
d. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Ø 2 - Client Management:
a. Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers.
b. Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
c. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
d. Update and maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
Ø Market Knowledge:
a. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
b. Provide feedback to the Sales Manager on market needs and customer demands.
Ø Administrative Duties:
a. Prepare sales reports, activity logs, and other administrative documents as required.
b. Ensure all sales contracts and transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Ø Compliance:
a. Conduct all sales activities in an ethical and professional manner, in full compliance with company policies and the provisions of the Saudi Labor Law.
Ø Skills:
a. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
b. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
c. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
d. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
e. Preferred: Knowledge of the local market and customer base in Riyadh.
f. Preferred: Proficiency in using CRM software.
g. Required: Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable.
Ø Qualifications:
a. Experience: Minimum of [ 1 - 2] years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the Event Management sector.
b. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
