Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to engage with high-intent leads across the globe. You are not just a seller; you are a trusted advisor. Your role is to understand the unique layout and challenges of a customer's property, expertly guide them through how Yarbo provides the perfect solution, and confidently close sales. You will leverage cutting-edge tools like Zoho CRM and Firework to provide a personalized, consultative buying experience.
Key Responsibilities (Job Duties):
1. Consultative Sales Execution:
- Own the full sales cycle for direct consumer (B2C) leads from initial contact through to successful closing.
- Conduct in-depth, needs-based consultations via phone, email, and live chat, adhering to the 30/70 (Speak/Listen) rule to uncover true customer motivations and property-specific challenges.
- Master and implement the Sales Closing SOP, utilizing prepared openers, property research (using satellite maps), and historical ticket data to personalize every interaction.
- Confidently present and tailor the value proposition of different Yarbo packages and modules to match the customer's needs and budget.
2. Customer Relationship & Expectation Management:
- Build immediate rapport and trust by demonstrating genuine expertise in robotic yard care and an understanding of the customer's specific scenario (e.g., large acreage, slopes, ponds, gardens).
- Professionally manage customer expectations regarding delivery timelines, feature capabilities, and shipping limitations (e.g., remote areas), ensuring transparency and avoiding overpromising.
- Utilize reflective listening techniques to confirm understanding and overcome objections.
3. Sales Tools & Process Optimization:
- Meticulously document all customer interactions, notes, and next steps in Zoho CRM.
- Utilize the CRM to manage your pipeline, prioritize leads, and schedule follow-up activities.
- Employ video and image-sharing tools (like Firework) to visually demonstrate Yarbo's capabilities and share real-case examples from similar properties.
- Continuously provide feedback on sales processes, customer concerns, and market trends to improve tools and strategies.
4. Post-Sale Handoff & Relationship Nurturing:
- Ensure a seamless handoff of the customer to the support or logistics team after closing.
- Execute post-call actions outlined in the SOP, including sending customized summaries and cost comparisons.
- Participate in scheduled touchpoints to nurture the relationship and foster customer advocacy.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a consultative sales or high-touch customer service role, preferably in B2C, smart home technology, or high-value products.
- Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical features in simple, benefit-driven language.
- Sales Acumen: Natural closer with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Tech Savvy: Quick learner who can master new software (CRM systems, sales enablement tools). Experience with Zoho CRM is a significant plus.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and customer-obsessed. You are passionate about solving problems and delivering an outstanding buying experience.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work shifts that align with peak customer availability in North America and Europe.
