Real Estate Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:

· Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including networking and referrals

· Build, develop and manage client portfolio, maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to identify new business opportunities

· Ensure all marketing materials (photos, descriptions, brochures) are up to date

· Present projects to clients and clearly articulate their value to close sales

· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

· Achieve agreed-upon sales and outcomes within the schedule

· Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

· Track sales and status reports

· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in Real Estate (UAE experience mandatory)

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office

· Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships

· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

· Accuracy and attention to detail

· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Work Hours:

· Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
