Sales Representative

Qualification: BBA / MBA (Marketing or Sales)Compulsory
Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong communication may also apply)
Type: Full-Time | On-site

Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate and manage client leads through social media, real estate portals, and field visits.
✅ Present our construction, architecture, and interior services to potential clients.
✅ Understand client needs and suggest suitable villa packages or turnkey solutions.
✅ Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and site visit schedules.
✅ Coordinate with the design & project team for client updates and progress reports.
✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
✅ Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
✅ Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, meetings, and client visits.

Qualifications

BBA or MBA (Marketing / Sales specialization) – Mandatory
Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Architecture sector preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
