What You’ll Do:

• Prospect new clients via door-to-door, cold outreach, referrals, and digital leads
• Respond promptly to inbound quote requests and convert them into signed contracts
• Conduct home inspections to assess gutter or fascia issues and offer tailored solutions
• Present and close proposals for seamless gutters, guards, fascia repair, and roofing bundles
• Coordinate with operations for smooth project execution
• Build lasting relationships that drive referrals and repeat business

Pay & Incentives:
100% commission role with $75K–$125K+ earning potential. Bonus tiers for hitting sales goals. Sales training, CRM tools, and inbound lead support included.

Schedule & Location:
Full-time, flexible schedule. Field-based role covering Canandaigua and surrounding areas. Local travel required.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Proven success or comfort in outbound sales
• Confident, personable, and highly self-motivated
• Able to manage your pipeline and follow through consistently
• Experience in roofing, gutter systems, or exterior home services is a strong plus
