Sales Representative

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

1. Identify and prospect new clients through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels.

2. Present and demonstrate products/services to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

3. Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and contracts in a timely manner.

4. Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to close sales deals effectively.

5. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

6. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management.

7. Gather market intelligence on competitors’ products, pricing, and sales strategies, and share insights with management.

8. Adhere to company policies, sales processes, and customer service standards at all times.

9. Follow up on pending quotations, orders, and payments to ensure smooth sales transactions.

10. Prepare detailed and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.

11. Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, customer service) to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

12. Adhere to company policies, sales processes, and customer service standards at all times.
