Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek our new sales opportunities though cold calling, constant client visits, networking & social mediabr
  • Set up meeting with potential clients to covert to sales as new clients which is always to case To get new clients
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Provide weekly report of your market visits per client to create frequent reviews of sales and collection to evaluate your performance with your direct manager and keep boosting the sales and get new clients and upgrade existing clients products purchases.
  • Negotiate / Close deals
  • Collaborate with direct manager constantly to achieve better results and get guided to what matters in sales
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with your direct manager
  • Maintaining the current records of sales and achieve your monthly Target
  • Negotiate agreements / Offers with your direct manager to design for your clients
  • Work during day off or extend your working hours if it is needed to meet the requirements of Sales & Collection.

Competencies:

  • Experienced in eye lashes extensions, nails extensions & Mani-Pedi treatments to be able to conduct demos for potential clients to introduce the brands and convert to sales
  • To conduct after sales training sessions for the clients to have all the knowledge need for the brands to maintain repeat orders (Brands: Nouveau Lashes, Elim MediHeel, Coral Bliss, NSI & Ella Mila).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Training and Sales
  • Education: Technical certification or bachelor's degree
  • Moderate Computer applications knowledge
  • Must have own car that is suitable for sales rep constant market visits. (Fuel Provided)
