Main Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement

Greet customers warmly and thank them for shopping.

Review daily sales, UPT/ATV, planning to achieve individual, daily, and monthly targets.

Convert non-buying customers into buyers to increase the store’s customer base.

Keep proper records of customer demands and follow up regularly.

Apply best-selling techniques to meet customer needs and drive sales.
-
Showcase the full range of products, including sprays, oils, gels, bakhoor, and accessories.

Gather customer feedback on pricing, fragrance, packaging, and bottle design.
Training & Self-Development
-
Memorize sales pitches for consistent communication across stores.
-
Support training of new hires and share job-related knowledge to strengthen the team.
-
Take initiative to improve business performance and customer service levels.
Operations & Store Management
-
Maintain shop hygiene and cleanliness throughout the shift.
-
Conduct shop walkthroughs at the start of the shift, noting deficiencies for rectification.
-
Ensure price standees, testers, and displays are properly maintained and presentable.
-
Handle customer returns and complaints professionally, reporting issues to the shop in-charge.
-
Implement FIFO (First In First Out) for stock and maintain related reports.
-
Dispose of burned charcoal safely and manage tester inventory accurately.
-
Ensure closing procedures, sales reports, and system shutdowns are completed properly.
-
Implement visual merchandising standards effectively.
Inventory Management

Report out-of-stock top-selling products to the shop in-charge.
-
Identify slow-moving stock and coordinate with shop in-charge to create liquidation plans.
-
Notify the shop in-charge about supplies like smelling strips, bags, invoice papers, and wrapping sheets.
Policies & Procedures

Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.
-
Maintain accurate attendance records and mark breaks properly.
-
Follow the customer dealing policy, ensuring all customers are assisted fairly.
-
Implement the sales return policy 100%.
-
Adhere strictly to the scheduled work hours.
Qualifications
-
Minimum High School ,Diploma; Bachelor’s in Marketing, sales, or related field.
-
1–3 years’ experience in retail, perfumes, or cosmetics industry preferred.
-
Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and achieve sales targets.
-
Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office.
