Rainbow Packaging is a leading manufacturer of eco-friendly and customized carry bags based in Mumbai. We work with corporate clients, gifting companies, and traders across India. We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive who can actively meet clients, convert leads into sales, and represent the company at exhibitions and trade shows to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit clients on field for inquiries generated by the Sales Coordinator and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Conduct cold calls, cold emails, and direct visits to new B2B clients to generate fresh inquiries.
- Attend exhibitions and trade shows at the company stall to interact with visitors and generate new leads.
- Assist in setting up the exhibition stall, arranging product samples, and ensuring a professional display.
- Educate clients and prospects about the company’s product range, customization options, and material types.
- Suggest and upsell better or premium bag options based on client needs.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the Sales Coordinator, Design, and Production teams for quotations, samples, and dispatch updates.
- Follow up on quotations and ensure timely order closures.
- Record and maintain all client meetings, leads, and follow-ups in a structured format.
- Ensure all exhibition and campaign leads are properly categorized and followed up post-event.
- Identify and approach new potential B2B clients in local markets such as printers, corporate gifting firms, and event organizers.
- Submit daily/weekly visit and follow-up reports to management.
- Maintain a professional appearance and polite communication style during all client interactions.
- Stay updated on new products, materials, and printing options to confidently educate clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Earn commissions or incentives on achieving and overachieving sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate (any stream) with 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing, printing, or packaging company.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident in field sales, cold calling, and client handling.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp for client communication.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and comfortable traveling within Mumbai.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage).
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior experience in exhibition or trade show sales roles.
- Polite, persuasive, and customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Strong understanding of client needs and ability to upsell effectively.
- Organized in maintaining reports, follow-ups, and inquiry records.
- Willing to go the extra mile to build client relationships and meet goals.
Work Timings:
Monday to Saturday – 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
