  • Plan & achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets specific KPIs such as unit sold, product mix etc. as assigned by the management.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Visit markets in the area assigned as per plan and keep the HR and superiors updated for the schedule.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities. Develop innovative sales strategies to engage potential customers and drive their interest in the company projects.
  • Update self on projects and their USPs: have knowledge of various projects, and schemes as well as capture competitor’s information and keep all sales material like brochures, leaflets and booking forms etc.
  • Schedule and Organize prospects visits to the demo flats.
  • Use CRM systems to manage leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to generate leads through online platforms and social media. Manage social media inquiries and leads.
  • Make booking from customers, ensure unit availability, make presentations and in case of clarification organize meeting with the superiors for closing the deals.
  • Regularly participate in internal and external training programs to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Follow Marketing Strategy and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by gathering customer feedback after site visits and communicating any issues to management. Example: 'Report customer feedback to management to improve project offerings.
  • Track outstanding of the customers ensuring the follow-up for the collection of payments from customers.
  • Ensure that the booking of the units is updated to the superior.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (construction, architecture, and finance) to ensure accurate promotion of project details, pricing, and timelines. Example: 'Align sales strategies with project timelines and key updates from other departments.'
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain integrity in all sales dealings.
  • Performance metrics include the number of units sold, revenue generated, leads generated and converted, and customer satisfaction scores. Example: 'Achieve a minimum of x units sold per month and Y in revenue.'
  • Base salary with performance-based bonuses or commissions for exceeding sales targets. Example: 'Earn commissions based on sales targets and unit availability sold.'
  • Any other task as assigned by Management as and when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Real estate sales: 5 years (Preferred)
  • COMMERCIAL PROPERTY: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
