We re looking for a hungry field Sales Representative to sell our all-in-one solution: POS software & payment solution into the F&B sector.

You ll be the face of Geidea for restaurants, caf s, food trucks and cloud kitchens: prospecting, demoing, closing, and owning merchant onboarding until go-live.

Key Responsibilities (will Vary By Role & Level)

  • Proactively prospect and build a healthy pipeline of F&B merchants (independent restaurants, chains, cloud kitchens, quick service).
  • Deliver product demos (in-venue & remote) showing Geidea hardware, restaurant POS features, kitchen displays and SoftPOS capabilities.
  • Develop consultative proposals that combine terminals, software, payment services, and integrations (ordering, delivery, loyalty).
  • Close new contracts and hit monthly/quarterly sales targets (base + commission).
  • Coordinate onboarding with implementation, technical support and account teams to ensure smooth deployments and merchant satisfaction.
  • Gather market and competitor feedback, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and build long-term merchant relationships.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast pipeline.

You ll be successful if you have

  • 2-5 years B2B sales experience (ideal: payments, POS, ECR systems, hospitality tech or F&B supply).
  • Demonstrable success selling to restaurants or hospitality accounts (prospecting, demoing, closing).
  • Strong commercial instincts and consultative selling skills you can map our solution to operational pain points (speed of service, order accuracy, payments reconciliation).
  • Comfortable doing in-venue demos and technical walkthroughs with managers/owners.
  • Good CRM discipline (pipeline management, forecasting).
  • Valid driving license and willingness to be field based.
