Job Title: Real Estate Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Real Estate Sales Representative with excellent communication and sales abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing our projects to external companies, generating new business opportunities, and building strong relationships within the real estate market. This role requires a dynamic personality capable of presenting, negotiating, and closing deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:Project Representation

  • Represent our projects professionally to brokerage firms, developers, and clients.
  • Conduct presentations and project briefings for partner agencies and corporate clients.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of project details, pricing, availability, payment plans, and USPs.

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate leads and convert them into active clients or partner agents.
  • Drive property sales through meetings, calls, networking, and site visits.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our partner network.
  • Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Communication & Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with agents, clients, and partner companies.
  • Provide regular updates, follow-ups, and support to external agents promoting our projects.
  • Handle inquiries professionally through WhatsApp, calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Act as a key liaison between our projects and partner companies.

Coordination & Support

  • Work closely with the marketing and admin teams to ensure accurate project listings and promotions.
  • Coordinate site visits, property tours, and client meetings.
  • Provide feedback from the market to management regarding pricing, competition, and demand.
  • Support documentation flow (Forms, NOCs, booking forms, MOU) with assistance from the admin team.

Negotiation & Closing

  • Present offers clearly and negotiate terms to secure successful deals.
  • Assist clients throughout the booking and closing process.
  • Ensure professional conduct and adherence to company standards in all transactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience (Dubai experience preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, presentable, and customer-focused.
  • Proven sales ability with strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to represent projects professionally to companies and agents.
  • Familiarity with Dubai real estate market, developers, and portals (advantage).
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
