Our client, a leading premium food and ingredients distributor in KSA, is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join their team in Riyadh. Job Title: Sales Representative (Foodservice Division)
Department: Commercial
Reporting to: National Sales Manager
Scope of Position
Responsible for driving daily sales performance and business growth across assigned independent accounts within their territory. Builds strong customer relationships, maximizes product portfolio penetration and ensures timely collection of receivables.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop daily sales with assigned customers, ensuring portfolio breadth and depth.
2. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products.
3. Monitor and implement price variations, ensuring profitability and competitiveness.
4. Maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and service excellence.
5. Support Hotel Channel Manager and Key Account Manager with local execution for shared customers.
6. Ensure timely collection of receivables.
7. Provide continuous market intelligence to management on competition, pricing, and customer needs.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Minimum 5+ years’ experience in field sales within Foodservice.
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.
4. Solid understanding of customer management and sales processes.
5. Collaborative, proactive, and resilient mindset.
