Overview

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to support our business growth goals. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of hands-on sales experience, including managing client accounts, identifying new business prospects, and contributing to overall sales planning.

In this role, you will focus on driving revenue, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the company’s strategic sales direction. You will also work closely with leadership to prepare sales updates, develop forecasts, and help shape long-term growth initiatives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Manage the full sales cycle to achieve set revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and future projections to the management team.
  • Contribute to developing and executing sales strategies to broaden the company’s market reach.

Teamwork & Strategy Support

  • Assist in setting sales objectives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide support in guiding or mentoring junior team members when needed.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
