Sales Representative
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to join our team in Lahore. This is a Full-time role requiring a minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience to help us achieve our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing key accounts, proactively identifying new business opportunities, and contributing strategically to the sales department. You will be essential in maximizing sales performance, cultivating lasting customer relationships, and supporting the long-term strategic direction of the company.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Performance & Revenue Growth
- Target Achievement: Effectively manage the entire sales pipeline to achieve defined growth and sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, enduring customer relationships by deeply understanding their specific business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare detailed sales, revenue, and expense reports, and present realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Market Expansion: Design and execute a strategic business plan aimed at expanding the company’s customer base and reinforcing market presence.
Strategic Planning & Team Contribution
- Goal Setting: Participate actively in setting strategic objectives and sales targets aligned with the broader company goals.
- Market Intelligence: Remain current on emerging markets and competitive trends to accurately identify new areas for growth.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience and ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Mentorship Support (as required): Assist with the training, coaching, and performance tracking of junior sales representatives when needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in sales.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
