Sales Representative

We are hiring a dynamic and confident Sales Executive to join our growing aesthetic clinic!

Your main mission is to maximize revenue by upselling & cross-selling services and ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and upsell premium services (Botox, Fillers, Facials, Laser, Skin boosters…)
• Cross-sell between all departments (Laser → Facial → Derma → Dental)
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings with high conversion rate
• Follow up on pending leads until closing the sale
• Support doctors by reinforcing treatment plan recommendations
• Promote clinic packages and ongoing offers to increase revenue
• Deliver exceptional patient experience and collect positive Google Reviews
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales (preferably in medical / aesthetics)
• Strong convincing & negotiation skills
• Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
• Presentable, confident and customer-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure with high patient flow
• Flexible team player with high energy and positive attitude
