High-Performing Sales Representative (Full-time, Lahore)
We are looking for a goal-driven, high-performing Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be pivotal in driving customer acquisition and meeting our revenue growth targets.

Core Responsibilities1. Sales Execution and Revenue Growth
- Target Achievement: Manage the full sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed defined growth and sales targets.
- Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring customer relationships by thoroughly understanding their business needs and offering customized solutions.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales, revenue, and expense reports, and present reliable forecasts to senior management.
- Market Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and strengthen market presence.
2. Strategic Planning and Collaboration
- Goal Alignment: Actively help set strategic sales objectives that are aligned with the company's broader business goals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on competitive dynamics and emerging market trends to accurately identify and pursue new growth areas.
- Internal Support: Collaborate effectively with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience and ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Mentorship (As Needed): Provide coaching, training, and performance support to junior sales staff, aiding in team growth.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
