Job Role: Corporate Sales Executive
The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, driving B2B business growth, building partnerships, and promoting Jiva’s healthcare solutions including Emergency Bike Ambulance Services, On-site Medical Support, Corporate Wellness Plans, and Jiva Health Application subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Client Acquisition
- Identify and target potential corporates, industrial clusters, and business parks.
- Conduct cold calling, field visits, and online outreach to generate leads.
- Pitch Jiva’s services to HR heads, Admin teams, Facility managers, and CSR departments.
- Arrange and conduct presentations, demos, and meetings.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Close corporate deals for subscription models, on-site medical setups, and emergency response services.
- Develop customized proposals based on client requirements.
3. Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
- Upsell wellness programs, annual contracts, and paid add-ons.
- Handle client queries, follow-ups, and contract renewals.
4. Market Research & Strategy
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry demand.
- Identify new business verticals and expansion opportunities.
- Share feedback with management to improve products and services.
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and technical teams for client onboarding.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to interact with senior corporate decision-makers
- Positive attitude & target-driven mindset
- Good networking skills
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, healthcare sales, or insurance sales
- Experience pitching services to HR/Admin/Facility teams
- Experience in SaaS, EMS, wellness, or healthcare industry is a plus
Qualifications
- Graduate in any field (Business, Marketing preferred)
- MBA is an added advantage
