Key Responsibilities1. Business Development
- Visit 10–15 construction sites daily to identify rental opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, project managers, site engineers, and equipment operators.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable machines.
- Generate leads and convert them into confirmed rentals.
2. Sales & Negotiation
- Pitch rental rates, availability, and terms clearly to clients.
- Negotiate rates within company guidelines.
- Send quotations and follow up till closure.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets.
3. Site Coordination
- Inspect sites to confirm machine suitability (access, terrain, work type).
- Coordinate machine mobilization, operator reporting, and job start.
- Resolve on-site issues in coordination with operations & service teams.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain weekly contact with active clients.
- Understand customer pain points and provide solutions.
- Collect customer feedback to improve service quality.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain enquiry sheets, site visit reports, and customer databases.
- Update CRM/WhatsApp groups with daily activities.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
kills & Competencies Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of construction equipment (excavators, breakers, loaders, boom lifts, generators, etc.).
- Ability to assess site conditions.
- Knowledge of rate cards and machine capacity (training will be provided).
Sales Skills
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to negotiate with contractors and decision-makers.
- Excellent follow-up discipline.

- Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate.
- Prefer candidates with experience in construction, machinery sales, industrial equipment, or spare parts.
