We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing client relationships, coordinating rental orders, and ensuring seamless event execution. This role acts as a critical liaison between our customers, sales representatives, logistics team, and warehouse, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Sales Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist the sales team in preparing rental quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and proposals to close sales and upsell add-on services or products.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments and warehouse visits.
Order Coordination
- Process sales orders accurately and ensure all details are correctly captured in CRM or rental software.
- Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules with logistics and operations teams.
- Ensure availability of rental inventory and liaise with warehouse to avoid overbooking or shortages.
- Manage last-minute changes or urgent requests, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Skills & QualificationsRequired:
- Experienced in customer service or sales support role (preferably in event rentals, furniture, or hospitality).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of furniture types, event planning workflows, or staging services.
- Experience working with logistics teams or scheduling deliveries.
