High-Performing Sales Representative (Full-time, Lahore)

We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented High-Performing Sales Representative with a minimum of two years of professional sales experience to join our team in Lahore. The successful candidate will be critical in driving new customer acquisition, expertly managing strategic accounts, and consistently meeting ambitious revenue growth targets.

This role demands proven expertise in managing the end-to-end sales cycle, cultivating durable client relationships, pinpointing new market opportunities, and providing strategic contributions to the sales department's long-term success.

Core Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution and Revenue Generation
  • Target Achievement: Assume ownership of the complete sales pipeline to reliably meet or exceed quarterly sales and defined growth targets.
  • Client Development: Establish and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships by gaining a deep understanding of client business requirements and offering personalized, value-driven solutions.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Produce accurate sales, revenue, and expense reports, and deliver reliable pipeline forecasts to senior management.
  • Market Expansion: Develop and implement a targeted business plan to strategically grow the company's customer base and enhance market penetration.
  • Strategic Planning and Collaboration
  • Goal Alignment: Actively contribute to setting strategic sales objectives that align directly with the company's overarching commercial goals.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Maintain comprehensive awareness of competitive dynamics and emerging market trends to accurately identify and pursue new areas for growth.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate effectively with internal product and service teams to optimize the overall customer experience and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
  • Mentorship (If Necessary): Offer coaching, training, and performance support to junior sales staff, aiding the overall professional development of the team.

Required Qualifications and Competencies

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience in a goal-oriented, results-driven environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related commercial field.

  • Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the capability to clearly articulate complex solutions.
  • Strategy: Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and effectively executing successful sales strategies.
