We operate a dedicated digital platform that connects homeowners directly with buyers, tenants, and guests—reducing unnecessary intermediaries and ensuring fair, transparent market pricing for all parties.
Our services cover the full property lifecycle. Whether a client is looking to sell, rent long-term, or generate income through short-term holiday bookings, we manage the process end-to-end. Beyond listings and transactions, we provide asset-management solutions designed to reduce the operational burden on owners while improving performance, visibility, and occupancy.
We work with a diverse portfolio of residential properties, from modern developments to premium compounds, and assist clients in finding units that align with their lifestyle and investment goals. Our approach is hands-on, transparent, and client-first.
Importantly, As-home does not charge any commission or fees to buying or renting clients. Our priority is to make every transition into a new home or investment smooth, efficient, and stress-free.
About the Role
We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our founding team and contribute directly to the growth of As-home’s property portfolio and partner network.
This role plays a key part in acquiring new clients and partnerships. You will actively reach out to property owners, hotels, and hospitality operators to onboard units onto our platform, introduce As-home’s asset-management solutions, and build long-term working relationships.
The role is highly active and relationship-focused. You will combine on-site property visits, outreach and follow-ups, client meetings, and internal coordination to ensure high-quality listings, strong partnerships, and a professional client experience.
You will act as a direct representative of As-home when engaging with homeowners, expats, investors, and hospitality partners.
This is not a traditional 9-to-5 desk role. You will work across residential compounds, hotels, developer sites, and office planning sessions, contributing directly to the company’s growth, market presence, and operational quality.
