About Us

Briidea Innovetures is a fast-growing fintech solutions provider specializing in eNACH, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), and digital payment automation. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive with experience in B2B fintech sales to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth. If you have a strong sales background and experience in financial technology solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new sales efforts through cold calls, messages, and client meetings to convert leads into customers.
• Identify and acquire new B2B clients for our fintech solutions, including eNACH, UPI Autopay, and Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
• Serve as a Point of Contact (PoC) for clients, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from the first interaction to deal closure.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and track progress using CRM tools.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and implementation.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Prior experience selling eNACH, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), payment automation, or banking APIs is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and close deals efficiently.
• Knowledge of fintech, digital lending, and banking automation solutions is a plus.
