Sales Representative (Software Solutions)

Position Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to lead customer acquisition and fuel revenue growth within our software services division. This role requires a professional with at least 2 years of proven sales experience, specializing in key account management and identifying high-value commercial opportunities. You will be instrumental in maintaining our competitive edge by optimizing sales performance and cultivating deep, trust-based relationships with global clients.

Key Responsibilities (KPIs)

Strategic Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Pipeline Excellence: Drive consistent revenue growth by overseeing the entire sales lifecycle and ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are surpassed.
  • Account Leadership: Establish and nurture enduring client partnerships by aligning our technical solutions with their unique business objectives.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and present detailed analytics regarding sales volume, revenue streams, and overheads, delivering accurate financial forecasts to the executive leadership.
  • Market Growth: Contribute to the design and execution of a strategic business plan aimed at expanding our footprint and diversifying our customer base.

Collaboration & Market Intelligence

  • Strategic Alignment: Actively participate in defining departmental goals and sales benchmarks that synchronize with the company’s long-term vision.
  • Operational Support: Assist in monitoring performance metrics and provide mentorship or peer coaching to junior associates to elevate team standards.
  • Industry Insight: Monitor emerging market shifts, competitor strategies, and technological trends to capitalize on new growth avenues.
  • Internal Synergy: Coordinate with technical and support departments to refine the customer journey and ensure post-sale satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Professional Background: Minimum of 2 years in professional sales, ideally within the Software or IT services landscape.
  • Communication Mastery: Elite-level presentation, persuasion, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Analytical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to interpret complex sales data and convert market intelligence into successful business strategies.
  • Leadership Qualities: A proactive mindset with experience in budget management and tracking performance against rigorous KPIs.
