Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative with 1–2 years of experience in logistics or shipping sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets for import shipments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads for import freight services (FCL / LCL)
  • Identify and approach potential clients via calls, meetings, and referrals
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth shipment execution
  • Prepare and share freight quotations with customers
  • Maintain accurate sales records and follow-ups
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics sales
  • Basic understanding of import procedures, documentation, and CBM calculations
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 (based on experience)
  • Commission: Attractive performance-based commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
