Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls / handle inbound sales inquiries
- Promote company products or services to potential customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Follow sales scripts and compliance guidelines
- Handle customer objections professionally
- Provide feedback to team leaders on market trends and customer responses
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 1–5 years of experience in BPO sales (international/domestic)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Basic computer knowledge
