Sales Representative

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Promote IT solutions such as software, hardware, web services, cloud solutions, and IT support
• Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and propose suitable IT solutions
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
• Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client databases
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and exhibitions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Basic understanding of IT products, software, and services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
