Job Summary
Tramix Textile Trading L.L.C. supplies high-quality hospitality textiles across the UAE. We are hiring a driven B2B Sales Representative to grow accounts in Hotels, Serviced Apartments, and Commercial Laundries—handling outreach, sampling, quotations, follow-ups, and closing orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage a strong pipeline of hotel procurement, housekeeping, laundry accounts, and hospitality supply leads
• Conduct regular field visits (outdoor sales) across Dubai/Northern Emirates and present product solutions
• Understand client requirements (sizes, specs, TC/GSM, finishes, colors) and propose suitable options
• Arrange samples / trials, follow up consistently, and convert trials into repeat purchase orders
• Prepare and negotiate quotations, payment terms, and close deals (monthly targets)
• Maintain CRM/Excel tracking for new business development, meetings, quotations, and conversions
• Coordinate with operations for order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support
• Monitor market pricing, competitors, and opportunities in HORECA / hospitality supplies

Requirements

• UAE driving license (mandatory)
• 1–5 years experience in B2B / field sales (hotel supplies, hospitality textiles, HORECA, laundry supplies, housekeeping supplies, FMCG B2B or similar)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up discipline
• UAE visa preferred (candidates who do not require employer visa sponsorship are preferred); visa can be arranged for the right candidate
• English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus

Salary (Common UAE ranges for this role)

• 1–3 years experience: AED 3,000 – 4,500 base + commission/incentives
• 3–5 years experience: AED 4,500 – 7,000 base + commission/incentives
• (Final package depends on UAE experience, client network, and performance history.)
