Established in 2019 in Abu Dhabi, Ritzy is a luxury fashion house known for elegant, contemporary designs and refined craftsmanship. As a fast-growing premium brand expanding across the UAE, we are looking for passionate and driven Sales Associates to represent our brand in Dubai malls.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Mall Sales Associate who embodies luxury service standards and thrives in a retail environment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, confident in closing sales, and motivated by performance-based incentives.

This role is ideal for fresh candidates looking to build a career in luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage mall customers with exceptional service and brand knowledge
• Generate leads and convert walk-in customers into loyal clients
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize transaction value
• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment (in-store and online orders via Shopify)
• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock replenishment
• Process transactions and ensure proper documentation of sales
• Deliver premium after-sales service and customer follow-ups
• Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with a luxury brand image
• Support team members and demonstrate flexibility in daily operations
• Knowledge of managing social media accounts
• Experience creating social media content

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English
• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality
• Passion for fashion and luxury retail
• Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling
• Comfortable using Shopify (or willing to learn quickly)
• Ability to work retail shifts (9 hours including lunch break, 6 days per week)
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Compensation

• Fixed salary structure
• 1.5% commission on overall monthly sales performance
