Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, systems, procedures, and guidelines.
- Identify potential customers and manage lead generation and conversion, primarily in the MEA region.
- Build and expand a network of distributors and dealers through written communication, networking, phone calls, visits, events, and exhibitions.
- Conduct product presentations for clients and partners.
- Communicate product features clearly and explain how they address customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing and terms, and prepare sales agreements.
- Handle and process customer inquiries.
- Manage customer concerns and work toward appropriate resolutions.
- Receive, process, and follow up on customer orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, order processing, and logistics.
- Maintain customer databases, use CRM tools, and follow up to support ongoing business relationships.
- Provide regular market and sales reports to the manager.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (Must Have).
- Proficiency in Arabic (Plus Point).
- Proficiency in Russian (Plus Point).
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the Automotive Spare Parts industry.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Valid driving license.
- Access to a personal vehicle.
- Diploma in any field.
- Experience in the automotive spare parts aftermarket.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work toward established goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using CRM software.
- Experience working in an internationally established company.
