Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with 2–4 years of experience in field sales within Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Kuwait’s areas and market landscape, possess a valid Kuwaiti driving license, own a car, and hold a transferable residency. The role requires proactive client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Kuwait
• Conduct field visits to potential and existing clients
• Present company products/services professionally and effectively
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and market feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Monitor competitors and market trends

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven experience in interior decoration field
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait areas and customer network
• Valid Kuwaiti driving license
• Own car (mandatory)
• Transferable residency (Article 18)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Target-oriented and self-motivated

Note : There will be a monthly salary and a commission for every successful deal.
