Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive with proven experience in the Learning & Development / Training Institute sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, converting qualified leads, securing corporate partnerships, and maintaining strong client relationships.
This role requires a target-driven professional who understands certification-based training sales and can confidently position professional development programs to individuals and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach
- Convert company-provided leads into enrollments
- Present QuadraPlus training solutions tailored to client needs
- Close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Generate corporate training opportunities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries
- Provide consultative guidance on certifications (PMP, LEED GA, CFM, etc.)
- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business
Payment Follow-ups & Collections
- Coordinate with the accounts team on invoicing
- Follow up on pending payments and outstanding balances
- Resolve billing concerns professionally and promptly
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor offerings and market trends in professional certifications
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline forecasts
- Share insights to improve marketing and course positioning strategies
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a training institute or L&D environment
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling professional certifications (PMP, LEED GA, CFM, etc.) is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
