Job Title: Residential Construction Sales Representative

Location: Grandville, MI Job Type: Full-TimePay: $500/week base + Commission per job signed and completed

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Residential Construction Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on residential construction experience who understands how projects are built and can confidently sell them to homeowners.

The right candidate must be able to read blueprints and have practical experience in framing, drywall, finishing, and painting.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess project needs
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
• Close residential construction projects
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the project
• Coordinate with project managers and crews to ensure smooth job completion
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Ensure customer satisfaction from sale to project completion

Qualifications

• Strong background in residential construction:
• Framing
• Drywall
• Finishing work
• Painting
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Previous sales experience preferred (construction knowledge required)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred

Compensation

• $500 per week base pay
• Commission paid per job signed and completed

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Experience:
