Branch Coordinator – PSA Academy

About Us

PSA Academy is a leading multi-sport training organisation operating across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman since 2014. We deliver gymnastics, football, swimming, basketball, and tennis programmes to thousands of students across multiple locations. We are looking for a motivated and organised Branch Coordinator to be the face of one of our key venues.

The Role

As Branch Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for parents and students at your assigned venue. You are responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the branch, driving enrolments, managing parent relationships, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every family that walks through the door. This is a target-driven role — you will be expected to actively convert enquiries, retain students, and contribute to the growth of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for parents, handling all enquiries, registrations, and renewals at the branch
  • Drive new enrolments and student retention through proactive communication and follow-ups with parents
  • Meet monthly enrolment and retention targets set by management
  • Manage the branch schedule, class allocations, and coordinate with coaching staff to ensure smooth session delivery
  • Handle payments, receipts, and basic financial administration for the branch using the academy’s management system (Classcard)
  • Maintain accurate student records, attendance tracking, and parent communications
  • Manage parent concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally and escalate to management where necessary
  • Coordinate with the head office on reporting, promotions, and branch-level marketing activities
  • Ensure the venue is clean, organised, and presentable at all times
  • Support seasonal programmes including holiday camps, Ramadan schedules, and special events
  • Provide weekly reports on enrolments, drop-offs, enquiries, and branch performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or front-of-house role
  • Previous experience in a sports academy, fitness centre, school, or education environment is a strong advantage
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the confidence to engage parents and convert enquiries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM/management systems)
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
  • Must be based in the UAE with a valid residency visa
