Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for territory management and business growth through proactive outside sales efforts.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing initiatives to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Manage existing accounts with diligent account management practices, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue within assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop tailored campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals by understanding client needs and presenting compelling solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors to stay ahead in B2B sales environments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Conduct regular territory analysis to optimize coverage strategies and identify new market opportunities.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or management roles within a B2B environment.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in territory management, direct sales, inside sales, and retail sales contexts.
  • Skilled in lead generation techniques including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills combined with analysis skills for assessing market data and customer feedback.
  • Experience in technology or product-focused sales environments is highly desirable.
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while meeting sales targets. Pay: $42,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
